About Chad

Chad Phipps was born and raised in Northwest Ohio. He attended the Ohio State University and graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education/Business. After college, he lived and worked in Chicago, Illinois, before moving to Naples, Florida, in 2001.

 

Chad began his real estate career in on-site sales from 2003 - 2009 and gained valuable experience and knowledge in gated golf course communities.

 

He joined John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate in the fall of 2009 and has been able to represent buyers and sellers from Marco Island through Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero, Florida markets. He has a great deal of understanding for the more than 125 communities in both Lee and Collier Counties and is knowledgeable about the contractual real estate obligations in both counties.

 

In his real estate sales career, Chad has helped over 225 families with the purchase or sale of their homes. This amounts to over $200M in total sales since 2003. Chad has been recognized as one of the Top 1.5% of all performing NAR members in the United States, and in 2025, he was inducted into the John R. Wood Properties Hall of Fame.

 

Aside from his real estate activities, Chad founded the Young Professionals of Naples in 2003, serving as Past President and Membership Chair. He sat on the Board of Directors for the Collier County Economic Development Council in 2011, as well as the Board of Directors for the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce Leadership Collier Foundation.

 

Chad is an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and enjoys weight training, exercise, and family.
